My mind wonders about all this... In today’s highly competitive Sri Lankan market what sort of opportunities awaits the young generation. Are we running behind a rat race? Are we so eager to see ourselves doing well in the future? Where have all the patriots gone? Are we really doing something for our country or are we trying to make our lives better through profession. Who should come first? Is it you your country or your profession. Are they interlinked or are they parallel or are they hyperlinked.Are we to follow the western world and should we become slaves of the technology? Are we defining our own future or is the future defining us? Is the future making us a slave or are we trying to make the future our slave. So many questions to be answered my dear friends...
Today Sri Lankan young generation is caught up with the never ending process of learning. But is this learning worth enough and does it create the holistic personality or is it just a tool that enables us to reach high in our professions and define our future. Well of course then you get this other hyper crazed party loving young generation. Who hang out all night in the name of FUN !!! Where have all the social norms gone? Can we call this influence or incompetence? Are people trying to make a difference to this country or are we following the trend? Why cant we unite and make a change through our professions to our country and define our future. What we learn can we put it into practice and make our lives worthy...
